2 – THE WAKE UP RULE
Wake up with the body language and facial expression and thoughts – like you just won $1 million!
3 – THE ACT AS IF RULE
It is vital that at the beginning you can envision the end! Feel yourself atop the mountain before you even begin the climb!
4 – THE MUSTERBATION RULE
Remember this rule:
Do not say: “I must workout” or “I have to workout” INSTEAD say: “I get to workout! I want to workout! I am excited to workout!”
5 – THE PROCESS RULE
The key is to see and feel your outcome, but to also, really enjoy the process, the journey. Love each step up the mountain!
6 – THE MENTAL MIDGET SMASH RULE
Inside of everyone is a nay-sayer, an inner moron, a mental midget – let’s take him out! He will hold you back!
